Brief project description:
Mrs Fahrner asked Kohl & Partner's tourism consultancy service to hold some in-house seminars for her employees. The aim of the seminars was to provide professional training to employees in certain areas, to refresh their knowledge, but above all to help them learn more about themselves and each other and to strengthen team spirit.
Key elements of the project:
- "If you can't smile, you don't do business" - for everyone who deals directly with guests.
- "Write e-mails correctly and use the phone successfully" - you often think you can, but can you really?
- "Desk sales" and "sales at reception" - revenue generators you cannot ignore.
