The aim of the partnership group is to increase profitability by gradually developing and installing an individual, practical, easy-to-implement controlling system in close cooperation with the key players involved. The individual member companies, who also establish the measures developed in controlling coaching in their own businesses, also benefit from this.

- managed group meetings with workshops on special topics,
- benchmarking every quarter

Managing a partnership group includes the development and implementation of operational marketing measures, ongoing support of member companies, finding new member companies, management and supervision of accounting, management of the association (if any) and further strategic development.
