Tourismus Salzburg GmbH (TSG) asked Kohl & Partner to analyse its current information services. The aim was to develop recommendations for action that would enable the available resources to be used more efficiently.
Key elements of the project:
- Examination of TSG's information services
- Find answers to the following questions: What information is actually required by the guest or frequently asked for? How can work processes be more efficient here? What information is required where? Are the processes and procedures at information points and at the personal/telephone/electronic contact points fit for purpose? What is the best way of organising how information is communicated? How is information communicated? How will these function in the future?
- Development of an evaluation concept for permanent monitoring
