Brief project description:
Kohl & Partner, in cooperation with a university, was commissioned to create a new price system for one of the leading skiing associations in the Alpine region.
The aim was to critically analyse the existing system and to identify its strengths and weaknesses. The price sensitivity of the guests was assessed on the basis of a comprehensive primary survey. The data material was split into multi-layered subject areas and analysed, with new price strategies for the entire network being derived as a result.
