Brief project description:
Immofinanz AG is the owner of a hotel property in Wienerberg, in Vienna's 10th district. Due to the expiring lease, Kohl & Partner, together with EHL, was appointed to find a new hotel operator for the 173-room property.
September 2014 to January 2015
Key elements of the project:
- Analysis of the current situation including definition of the future hotel concept and lease potential
- Support throughout the entire selection process (contacting operators to selection)
- Support in contract negotiations and the drafting of the operator contract
