Brief project description:
Building on the ongoing brand development process in the Salzkammergut, the Salzkammergut strategy retreat in October 2012 and in the context of the amendment to the Tourism Act in Upper Austria, a new tourism concept for the Mondseeland tourism association is required with the involvement of
Mondseeland regional development officials.
Key elements of the project:
- Analysis of Mondseeland's strengths and weaknesses in relation to tourism (what services are good/missing?)
- Definition of strategic targets for Mondseeland from the performed analyses
- Formulation of strategic recommendations for action and concrete recommendations for measures, ideally with clarification of responsibilities for implementation
